Nearly every Friday morning (UK time) 11 am until 1 pm they have a live demo show with different techniques and products with special offers and 'real' people.
Buying from them is really easy and they are quick to post and will help with any query. On the web page there is a link to find out what time the broadcast is where you live anywhere in the world too.
Afterwards the live show is put online to watch repeats for a few days and then you can purchase a recording for a very reasonable rate on DVD!
