Coral, how beautiful | ||

Gomshall is looking wonderful. That fabric is fantastic. I'm about half way through the first page of Brenda's Porch. It's amazing how small it
seems after that huge piece I did. So much easier to hold the fabric and I can use a smaller hoop. And again I realize how much I enjoy stitching Marty
Bells. Also how much I appreciate the wonderful charting Mildred did. Wish she could still be doing it. I'm working on this piece while I finish
collecting floss and kitting up my big new piece.
Have a great week. Fern |

Fern-----I too miss Mildred. I wish she'd come out of retirement and have Jim give us all a chance to vote on a new Marty Bell. What kind of fabric are
you using for Brenda's Porch?
Coral-----That fabric is fabulous! Is it linen? When are you leaving on you trip? We'll miss you. Hopefully, you can find a computer and drop us a line. Helen |

Thanks girls ...we leave Monday 6th and yes I will drop in along the way and say Hi.
We get into Paris at 6.20 am and have the rest of the day the tour starts Tuesday...We have organised a 5 hour trip to Monets Garden for that afternoon (it is not in our tour) nad there was no way we were visiting France and not seeing Monets Garden. It will keep us awake till we meet up with our tour group for dinner and hopefully we'll sleep like stones that night and be over the jet lag thing. The fabric I am using is the same as I used on Tuck Box Tearoom a handdyed Jobelan called Bluebell it is the perfect summer sky. Well I must away and think about packing and making some lists for the trip.....

Looks great, Coral. I think this one may go on my list.
Yes, you enabled me and I'm glad you did. I had really forgot how much fun they are. I am using aida 14 ct. which makes the stitching easier. Haven't done that in a long time, either. |

Coral, Its Beautiful! | ||

Coral, its beautiful. I love the fabric. It is more true blue reflective of the skys in the Marty Bells. My MHG is being done on a light blue jobelyn, but I
decided to stitch the sky because I didn't think it looked right. I love the jobelyn 28 count. It is a so nice and soft to stitch on.
I hope you have a great time on your vacation. Deanna |
