I'm walking on air. Finally after 20 months, 207,000 stitches, I've finished Corbeille de Fleurs by Scarlett Quince. It's lovely and huge. About a yard wide and 28 inches long. It is now soaking in OxyClean in the Bathtub and tomorrow will go to the framer.
I'll try to learn to post a picture when I get it back but in the meantime I'll include the URL. Here it is. http://www.scarletquince....pat.php?pat=NIG001
I thought I was going to go back to a small MB. Maybe one of the porches. But my granddaughter was here this weekend. (She graduated Cal Tech in mechanical engineering last week). She was the only one who had not yet chosen a picture. the first one she had wanted was as large as the one I just f inished. I refused. I almost got carpal tunnel syndrome from holding the hoop on that one. She is still into dragons, horses, knights, maidens, and so she chose Guinevere Maying. It is large but not as big as what I just finished. I'll give you the URL for that too. but in the next E-Mail. I can't seem to do two in one E-Mail.
But I will still kit up an MB to travel with me.
Time for my garden.
