I would have posted this in the general forum but no one seems to be using that when I check it. So you will get a lot of other stuff in this post.
The Bradford Pears were absolutely gorgeous this year. Our city has them along all the major streets and avenues. They are now greening out and the crabapple trees are in full bloom. We are still jumping from hi to low temps and back up again. I've gotten some of my flower beds done but still have about ten days of planting left. I seem not to be able to do more than 2 hours a day anymore. Sue, that should count toward my Women's Health March, nes pas.
I'm working on a talk I have been asked to give at our church's annual spring luncheon. Topic: Memories: This is kind of funny because some mornings I can't remember if I brushed my teeth and have to go check the toothbrush. However, my long term memory seems to be clearer and clearer. Sure sign of old age.
Stitching: Well, it's slow. Spending more time in the garden. Also this week one or two things going on every day that are away from home. Funerals with lunches to prepare, sick people, Bible Studies, helping someone with a wedding, wow. May is a busy month.
Well, now it is back to my stitching. I woke at four this morning, couldn't goback to sleep, so stitched, came down and checked my E-Mail and posted here. Now to make some coffee and stitch till I can get outside and work.
Have a great week, everyone..
Fern
